Aligneazy Portal is the private workspace where partner dentists and the Aligneazy manufacturing team coordinate real patient cases: submissions, treatment-plan approvals, payments and dispatch, with less chasing over phone and chat.

Review submissions, prepare plans, reconcile payments and record dispatch.
Sign-in uses a one-time email code. Access is limited to registered accounts.
What the portal does
One case record, from submission to dispatch.
Each stage is visible to the treating dentist and the Aligneazy team, so status questions are answered in the case itself.

Case submission
Partner dentists submit patient case details, clinical notes, scans, photographs and documents to the Aligneazy team in one structured case file.

Treatment-plan approval
Aligneazy staff share treatment plans for review. The treating dentist approves or asks for changes, and every decision stays on the case record.

Payments
Quotations and payment status are visible against each case, with online payment through Razorpay and recorded references for reconciliation.
- 04
Dispatch
Once manufacturing is complete, courier and dispatch details are recorded so the dentist can see where the aligners are.

Case files hold clinical information, so the portal is built around restricted access rather than open sharing.
